Fitness Update

Yesterday I ran 2 miles (with no breaks) on the treadmill! I'm totaling 5 miles in one hour with this breakout: walk 1/2, run 2, walk 1/2, run 1, walk 1/2, run 1/2, walk 1/2. Watching "The Biggest Loser" has been an inspiration. I honestly don't see how those folks have been exercising 5 hours a day. Their success makes me want to work that much harder.
